TAKE CARE MOODY BLUES

Moody Blues is put to bed in her usual spot at Spice Island Marine Services.  It's a great yard and we never have to worry about her.

The last thing Gene had to do was put up the swim ladder and secure it. It looks as if Gene is taking a reflective moment, perhaps thanking MB for a the joy she's given us this past three months; the exploring, the adventures, the discoveries, the rest. We both wish her a good sleep until we return.

This ends www.moodybluescruise.blogspot.com  for this cruising season. If you click on the highlighted moodybluescruiswebsite and you will find the other 54 postings. I don't know how to connect the two blogs as of yet. Oh well.

Hopefully, or God Willing, as they say in the Caribbean, we will return to Grenada and Moody Blues in fall or winter of 2014 and start posting again.

Fair winds and following seas to everyone who checks this blog out. Bon Voyage!

VOLUNTEERING ONE LAST TIME

It was bitter-sweet to say farewell to Jeanne Pascal (above) and her husband Everest, the founders of the Mt. Airy Young Readers Programme. It is such an educational treat to help kids with their studies, as it makes me study and learn too. All the cruisers who volunteer (see below) feel the same way. My old computer tanked, so I'm on a new one. I have no idea where the first 56 postings went.

PUTTING MOODY BLUES TO BED!

Internet trouble kept me from posting so you get a bunch at once as we are now in WA.
This is no April Fools!

Back in Grenada

Seeing Moody Blues after so long was like falling in love all over again.
Uneventful flights to Grenada. 78F at night up to 84.7F day.
No snow.
Happy New Year to all and to all a good night.
